Their townhouse and their 1806 Georgian farm in the Hudson Valley have been featured in Forbes, Food & Wine, WSJ, and the NYT. The farm is also home of Hillrock Estate Distillery, producer of award-winning field-to-glass artisanal whiskey. Cathy is a graduate of Wellesley College.
