Cathy Toomey

With over 35 years of local, committed experience and satisfied clients, Cathy Toomey is the number one Real Estate Agent in Amesbury, MA. Originally from Reading, MA, Cathy is the oldest of six children. She attended Westfield State College and moved to Amesbury in 1975. Working at various times starting in 1979 for Vernon A Martin, Century 21, and Carlson Real Estate she quickly became the number one agent in her region. In 1997 she joined Stone Ridge Properties as a partner and owner and was instrumental in opening the Amesbury office.

Cathy continues to be the top-selling agent in Amesbury. She is passionate about community involvement and giving back and is involved as a volunteer in a number of local organizations. She serves on the Board of Directors for Amesbury Educational Foundation, is President elect of the Amesbury Rotary Club and on the Advisory Board for The Pettengill House and the Provident Bank Charitable Foundation. She reads weekly to a first grader as part of a program in her Rotary Club. Her peers have awarded her the Realtor of the Year designation twice and she is particularly proud of being inducted into the Amesbury Educational Foundation Hall of Honor as a Friend of Education.
