César Sánchez is a Marketing Graduate who came to the Real Estate Industry in 1999 as a Real Estate Agent in Development in the largest Real Estate Agency in Venezuela such as Consolitex, Bienes Raíces.
Thanks to his dedication, dynamism, focus, discipline and inspiring leadership, he managed to become one of the Sales Managers of that company in a very short time. His passion for real estate and his identification with and love for the company later made him one of its directors; position from which he began to direct projects that generated great transformations for both the Venezuelan industry and the company.
He was a leading promoter and pioneer of several innovative and advanced projects for his time such as: the creation of the Real Estate Agents Training and Development School, the expansion of the advertising scope of the real estate in the main Malls, Organizing and directing three years in a row the Real Estate Expo with national and international scope, until venturing into internet advertising.
Cesar was the Agent and later the Commercial Director and Broker most respected and sought after by the best builders and developers in Valencia, Venezuela both in Consolitex and later in his own company SI Bienes Raíces; for the confidence that he transmitted to him and the security that he made them feel that he would do everything necessary to sell their projects in record time. Thanks to these qualities, he managed more than fifty projects, many of them simultaneously.
He is a tireless worker who does not know about schedules or holidays when it comes to doing his job to meet his goals and that of the company and look good to his clients.
In 2016 he moved to the United States of America and as a great passionate about Real Estate and with his nose and experience he analyzed different alternatives for Agencies and Brokers. Finally, he decides on the FORTUNE company in which he saw many strengths, advantages and a wide and valuable portfolio of real estate projects.
This is how he decides to continue developing his career in this country and share his experiences and learn from these experts.
