Chad Anderson

Chad’s appreciation for real estate budded at the early age of 14 when he started mowing lawns at his grandpa’s rental properties. At 16, Chad’s Uncle mentored Chad and helped him not only get into property ownership, but also put Chad on the path to get his agent’s license as soon as he turned 18. In his nearly 25-year real estate career, Chad has a real passion for everything real estate, but especially helping others purchase properties and seeing the joy and excitement they can take out of becoming property owners!

Because there are so many moving parts in real estate transactions and small details to pay attention to throughout them, Chad enjoys being your point person and ensuring that you understand what each term, form, or financial component means and how they will impact your property acquisition. He will take the time needed to unpack these elements with you and make sure you know what will be best for you when buying or selling your home- or renting a property. Chad will be with you every step of the way so that when the big day arrives, you will be excited to for closing day and to get your new set of keys!

When Chad is not talking to you about real estate, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife and four kids. They keep him smiling every day! Chad is almost always working on another side project, while also thinking of novel- or at least different- angles to tackle the challenges life presents for himself, his family, his friends, and his acquaintances!
