Chad Bulloch

Chad Bulloch was raised in Real Estate. At the young age of 11, he earned his first spending money from his Granddaddy in Southwest Georgia by helping him clean up, maintain, and manage some of his grandfather's 25 rental homes. Later as a young adult, he joined his Daddy in flipping over a dozen homes and then helping with the sales of the “For Sale by Owner” properties. The real estate wisdom he earned through his hard work growing up has only bolstered Chad’s humble approach to his Real Estate business as one of the top agents in the Twin Cities area today.

His southern roots and charm help him go beyond transactional relationships, offering depth and understanding that helps anyone he works with to figure out what they really need so that he can help them effectively. Chad is honest, cutting through pomp and circumstance to truly connect with people, which is his favorite part of Real Estate. Known for his personal approach, Chad is dedicated and attentive to each client’s unique needs, whether a young, first-time home buyer, an expanding family, downsizing empty nesters, or urbanites seeking the perfect spot to host friends and cultivate community. When he isn’t helping clients find the perfect place to call home, Chad enjoys hosting friends and family in his own home, cooking, throwing fun get-togethers and helping people build connection and community together.
