Originally from northeastern Indiana, Chad made his way to St. Louis just before high school and has proudly called O’Fallon, MO home for years. He doesn’t just know the St. Charles County market, he’s deeply embedded in it. From serving in REALTOR® associations to staying plugged into the pulse of civic and nonprofit work, Chad doesn’t just show up, he leads.
Before getting licensed in 2021, Chad spent four years managing transactions and operations at a local indie brokerage while also owning and operating multiple residential rental properties. Add in his background running everything from a dance studio to 12 retail locations at once, and it’s clear: Chad’s superpower is seeing the big picture, reverse-engineering the process, and helping people win without losing themselves.
Outside of real estate, he’s a committed community guy, a leadership junkie, and the kind of person who probably knows the name of every neighbor within a two-block radius. He lives lakeside with his husband, one dog, two cats, a ridiculous number of plants, and two macaw parrots that he doesn’t even like.
