Chad and his team were great. If your looking for a realtor that always answers the phone and cares about finding you the right home for your family, Chad is your guy. Buying my first home was intimidating. Chad pointed out the things someone like me wouldn't realize about homes and things I should look out for when buying. Chad and the Hines Home Team were Terrific through the whole process with weekly updates. I still get calls from him Three months later. Because Chad and his team care. And if that's not what you're looking for in a realtor, Then I don't know what to tell you.

Anyone looking for a Realtor, need not look any further than Chad Hines. Chad works with tenacity and a willingness to go the extra mile for his clients. Having been a former Realtor, I had many Realtors to select from, yet I never considered anyone but Chad. When buying a home, Chad is mindful of your budget and stays within the limitations you set for him. We looked at over 50 listings before finding a home and Chad never hesitated to drive the 90 miles to the area we wanted to look. It would have been just as easy for Chad to refer us to a Realtor in the areas we wanted to look, but he did the research and earned not just our respect but our trust as well. On the selling side, we had a mountain home that once again he took the challenge of listing by fully researching the area and extending his marketing. The result was he sold our property while others in our area remained on the market. He kept us informed every week on both the activity of our home and the market trends. Chad Hines is a amazing agent. Chad sold my home and was the agent for the purchase of my current home. On the purchase of the our current home there were a lot of challenges we had to overcome and if it was not for Chads support, persistence and his ability to think out side the box when negotiating, we probably would not be in our dream home.

I would highly recommend Chad Hines to anyone considering buying or selling a home. He has done both for us and we couldn’t be happier. He found our forever home this past February, knowing exactly what we were looking for. He is extremely knowledgeable and works hard keeping you updated weekly on any new leads, progress, or changes. Chad is extremely diligent in making sure you understand every piece of the buying or selling rhetoric and reviews all documents thoroughly which can be very cost effective from our experience with realtors that have not done this in the past, but were just quick to get you to sign on the dotted line. We have moved several times in the last few years and Chad by far has been the most professional, personable and caring relator we have had.
