Chad Horwitz

Born in Los Angeles and raised both in the San Fernando Valley and West Los Angeles, Chad has intimate knowledge of the diverse Real Estate markets in these areas.

After receiving a degree in Real Estate with honors from Cal State Northridge, he dove immediately into the Real Estate industry as an assistant to a top producer in the West Los Angeles, Westwood, and Beverly Hills areas.

From several years of representing buyers and sellers in countless transactions, Chad has established a repertoire of strategies and tactics to overcome the many obstacles and complexities that are innate in every transaction.
