Chad Jurgens

Chad started his real estate career in 2014 at Apex Realty Group working as a solo agent under the mentorship of his friend and broker Brian DeSmit. Since then, Chad has become a nationally recognized top producing agent. He has participated in over 500 transactions and sold over 100 million dollars in residential real estate. In 2021 he was named a national 30 under 30 by the National Association of Realtors. Chad works directly with every single one of his clients. His entire business is centered around effective communication, relationships, and friendships. When buying or selling one of a client's largest investments it is crucial to have someone with experience to trust to help steer the ship. Chad does not produce excuses only results. In addition to his personal business, Chad is consistently involved with Grand Rapid’s local real estate association. He is a 2017 graduate of GRAR Leadership Academy and has served many years on various committees. He also has been a high school basketball coach for over ten years. In his time away from work he enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and attending sporting events.
