Originally from the North East, Chad moved down to Florida 11 years ago, where he attended Florida Gulf Coast University. During his time capturing his degree in business and accounting, he took the time to insert himself into the Florida lifestyle and community. Local knowledge is everything when making the move to SWFL. When he is not working, Chad enjoys the beautiful weather in SWFL with activities such as, boating, live music, golf and tennis. Growing up in a family golf business, he has been fortunate enough to play most of the premier country clubs in the surrounding area.
