Chad McAninch

Chad's purpose is serving people and passion is selling real estate!
Having spent over 20 years in pastoral ministry, he has a heart for serving others. Whether it has been in local churches or on international soil, he has made investing in people his business. Chad understands the need people have for community and he believes having the right home is foundational to creating that community.

Chad can be found enjoying the outdoors, watching sports, and/or somewhere drinking coffee. He and his wife, Nicole, have three kids in Robinson. They are active in the local church, community, and love all things Baylor.

Born and raised in Central Texas, Chad has a valuable understanding of both the Greater Waco and Temple/Belton real estate markets. He is available to serve your real estate needs in the area of your choosing!
