From the moment we met Chad t the property we were selling we had confidence it would be an easy process. We set the price a little higher than he recommended but he fully supported it and eventually sold for the full asking price. We were selling the property from overseas and could not be there to do the normal maintenance required such as minor repairs and cutting the lawn. Chad took care of all of this for us and then some, he cut the lawn at his own expense. The market conditions changed radically from the start to finish in this process, but he kept us informed and still managed to close the deal at our asking price. His professionalism and his demeanor are exceptional, and we highly recommend him for buying or selling your home.

We worked with Chad to sell a home that was part of an estate. Chad listened to what our goals were and then took on the role of project manager to make it happen.
He made sure the home was ready to show. He provided real guidance to us on pricing strategy. He actively marketed the house instead of simply listing it. Instead of letting us take the first or highest offer, he reviewed and summarized each of the four offers so we could see which offer was the "best" offer for our situation. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

I was nervous about what to expect with a realtor, as I had never used one in the past. Chad made selling my house super easy. He was very knowledgeable and professional.
