Biography

As both a Foreign Service Officer and military service member for the last 20 years, Chad has spent most of his career taking care of people and their families. With his passion for helping others, along with his ability to listen, grasp market trends, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment, it’s no wonder that he made the natural transition to the real estate industry.

While serving the U.S. Embassies in Albania, South Africa, Tajikistan, and Slovenia, Chad provided direct supervision and oversight for all logistical, procurement, real-estate, fleet management, travel, and building operations. Chad uses the skills he mastered during his career when approaching his real estate clients: understanding their needs and translating them into making their home dreams come true.

Chad’s business is built on dedication, communication, compassion, and trust while embodying the ability to cater and adapt to his clients’ desires. He is a shrewd negotiator and appreciates both representing sellers as well as working on the buy side.

Chad is a graduate of the Defense Language Institute in Russian Area Studies and is a retired Army 1SG and Foreign Service Officer/Diplomat. He’s fluent in English, Russian, and Slovene and in his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife Patricia, also a REALTOR®, and making movies. Fun Fact: Chad was the Executive Producer of the movie The Brave (2019) an action/thriller set in Albania which premiered for two years on Netflix, Amazon, and iTunes and can still be seen on Tubi and Roku, to name a few.
