Chad is amazing when it comes to real estate. He works extremely hard and knows not only the information you need in terms of buying or selling but he knows a ton of fun little details that make the house that much better. He is truly an expert in his field and he goes above and beyond when it comes to putting in the work. As a first time home buyer, I was absolutely terrified about the process and had millions of questions that come with purchasing your first home. A client referred me to Chad after listening to my frustrations about other agents, and I could not be more grateful for the recommendation. He was very patient with all my questions, went above and beyond to find the perfect listings, and made himself available to show me properties when my crazy scheduled permitted. There was one loft I was particularly in love with and would have done anything to get into it (including selling my first born). Chad told me he wants to see happy clients who enjoy their home, not ones that are stressed and miserable because they moved into the wrong (and expensive) fit. Currently I'm in escrow on the perfect place, and Chad has made a terrifying experience a fun and pleasurable one!

I cannot speak highly enough of Chad. He worked tirelessly and patiently on my behalf. We saw LOTS of houses, and Chad was always engaged, interested, and enthusiastic about seeing new places and communicating with other agents. He was empathetic to my situation and helped me find the balance between my needs, wants, and budget restrictions. Chad was always available - from early hours to late ones, weekdays and weekends, via phone, text, and e-mail. He went above and beyond on numerous occasions, and by the time escrow closed, I felt as though I had made a new friend. In fact, the hardest part was when it was all over, I missed talking with him. FANTASTIC!!!! Chad Schlotterback is the very best. He is extremely knowledgeable of the area, the home or condo markets, and the real estate market in general. I tried other agents previously, and they were either unavailable or unable to give me educated answers to my questions. When you talk to Chad, you can tell right away he KNOWS what he's talking about. At the same time, he is not at all pushy (another problem I found with other agents). Chad listed my house,and it sold in less than a month!! He handled everything from developing a professional marketing campaign (Post cards mailers, flyers, print advertising, internet advertising, etc.) , scheduling open houses, and following up with all the leads he generated, including giving me up-to-date lead validation activity. Once we got the house under contract, he did an amazing job of negotiating the contract, overseeing the inspections, bank appraisal and removing all contingencies, while making sure the buyer's concerns were addressed. Chad is a true professional and expert in the Real Estate field. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an agent! Amir
