Chad was referred by my sister purposefully because she knew he could get the job done. He is very knowledgeable & keeps up with the market trends. He was also very patient with us & really took the time to find homes of interest. Chad even referred us to a particular mortgage company who was of better assistance to 1st time homebuyers. We didn’t look at too many homes until we found “the one”. Just an overall great experience!
