We worked with Champa Shrestha to sell and buy our home in Fort Collins, Colorado, two months ago. We also worked with her in 2016 when we first purchased the home.

Based on her knowledge, time, and effort, we worked with her second time to buy and sell the house. She did an outstanding job; our house went under contract the next day until smooth closing, similarly purchased of a new home.

We highly recommend her to purchase and sell a residential home; she’s a true professional and a genuinely nice lady.

Champa helped us to buy our second home and was so patient as we dragged her through dozens of open houses and other houses. She is very knowledgeable, thoughtful and hard working woman. She is very detail oriented and gives great advices too. Even now after closing she still cheerfully recommends us to contractors and other services providers! Buying a home in Colorado market is challenging, but working with Champa made it as painless and straightforward as possible. Will definitely recommend Champa as she is so fun person to work with.

Me and my wife loved working with Champa! She went the extra mile to really get to know us and what we were looking for and where. She was super helpful and willing to meet us whenever we wanted to see a house even with our crazy schedules. She has endless patience for showing us almost over 30 homes and provided me and my wife a lot of information on the properties, no matter is the location or just the nearby power plants. I have performed multiple home inspections for Champa's clients over the years. I can personally tell anyone who will listen, she goes way out of her way to ensure all of her clients are happy, and fully comfortable, with their real estate transactions. Champa is fully engaged with the inspection process, and is extremely detailed, so the clients do not need to be. She fights for what her clients want, but more importantly, she fights for what her clients need. If you are a home buyer, seller or looking for a good rental, you absolutely cannot go wrong with Champs!!!!

Champa was very helpful on our CO house hunting. She went above and beyond to protect our buyer's rights. We had a problem with the dishwasher when we first moved in, she stayed in our house for 3-4 hours to make sure the contractor was doing the right things. We feel lucky to have such an awesome realtor to help us out.
