I am very happy to share my experience with Charlie. This was my first home purchase and I am new to the Reno area. I gave Charlie 5 stars in all categories because he truly exceeded my expectations in every way. He was extremely conscious of my personal needs and situation, and thoroughly applied them to each property that we looked at as an option. He was beyond careful when we finally settled on a home to present an offer for. Every detail was carefully monitored throughout the escrow timeframe. His knowledge truly helped to find the best home for me and my children and I feel so happy to have had such a smooth and confident transaction. My home purchase was an older home but we feel like we have our “Dream Home” and couldn’t be happier. I can recommend Charlie with the highest regard, he is a great realtor!!
