I bought my first house with Charles Evans 25 years ago. I had naive misperceptions about the area, and where I wanted to live in it. Over the months as I came to know the area, my criteria changed, and Charles was right there with revised inventory. Charles showed me ALOT of houses before buying one in the Kempsville area. I bought a 2nd house with him some years later and made that search much easier for him.

Charles was at least the 3rd agent, if not the 4th my wife and I tried to work with 25 years ago. Charles is the one who took the time to get to know us and show us properties we were interested in.

I'm a remodeling contractor, and have worked for him personally, his parents while they were with us, and more recently, he referred a couple to me to perform major renovations on their new home that were showcase jobs for me and became good friends with them in the process.

There's a lot more to being a real estate agent than showing houses and helping with paperwork; there's a relationship aspect that Charles understands. I highly recommend him if you're buying or selling.
