Skip started his Real Estate Journey years ago before he even knew that is where the Lord was leading. He was raised on a farm allowing him the opportunity to gain experience the true value of challenging work, dependability, and passion. Later starting in construction, he gleaned a vast knowledge of correct systems and practice. This also allowed him to learn the "how to" mindset that would become valuable for his clients later. He expanded that knowledge in the industrial construction setting while working his way through college. In 2004, he started Real Estate and has been devoted to serving his clients. He began combining his talents in 2008 by navigating the art of flipping homes and purchasing rentals--single and multifamily units. He has found that Real Estate and his farming roots have a common thread...Hard Work...Dependability...Passion!
