I am a first time homebuyer and was looking to make the purchase from out of state. Based on this I expected to have a very stressful and difficult experience. Luckily, I met Tim early on during my search and found the exact opposite of what I expected. I had an incredibly smooth, fun and successful experience in purchasing my new home with the guidance and professional manner in which Tim exhibits at all times. He is incredibly knowledgeable of the area (both sides of the border!). Tim is extremely hard working, easy to get a hold of and a very effective communicator. I felt that he was fighting for my best interests throughout the entire process and it was refreshing to work with someone who is so honest and forthcoming. His negotiating skills and contractual knowledge were great assets once we went under contract and he took all of the stress out of a quick close with his impeccable time management and endless local contacts. Simply put, I won’t work with anyone else moving forward. From start to finish, Tim provides the best possible service, immense knowledge and knows how to get the job done for his clients.

Tim is an outstanding realtor. We were out-of-state home buyers, and Tim made the process easy and enjoyable. We flew up for a quick trip and had only one full day to look at different homes. Not only did he plan and time all the showings perfectly, but he also made a personalized itinerary booklet that had pages of information on each house that we viewed! When we didn't end up buying any of the houses from that day, he did facetime/video showings for us. When we finally found the property that checked off all the boxes and then some, he helped us negotiate the price down. He went above and beyond for us. It was our first time buying a house that wasn't a brand new build, so we had tons of questions for him. He always took the time to answer them and never made us feel like we were asking a dumb question. Tim is very organized, a great negotiator, a great communicator, and is always available for his clients. He's also just a super nice, caring person who's a joy to work with!

Tim has been such an outstanding to agent to us. He and his team communicated clearly every step of way. We were concerned at one point of the process and he made sure that we were taken care of and reassured us that he would do everything in his power to help us close on the house. To put it simply, Tim is top notch. He is all the things you want in a real estate agent, especially in a competitive market. Hardworking, professional, honest, responsive and attentive to his clients needs. Tim helped us find our dream home, negotiated a great offer and was there for us every step of the way. I would highly recommend Tim to anyone looking to buy or sell. Not only do we have a great real estate agent now, we also have gained a great friend as well.
