As a third generation Nevadan, Charles Johns is proud to call Nevada his home. A real estate licensee since 2004, his experience in residential sales, commercial sales, and property management is extensive. Charles holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Nevada, and his knowledge of the northern Nevada marketplace, along with his experience in real estate, operations, and business will help his clients make informed decisions in order to achieve their real estate goals. Charles has attained the designations of Property Manager (PM), Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), Certified Investor Agent Specialist (CIAS), Certified Relocation Specialist, Certified Relocation Specialist, along with being accepted as a Certified Property Manager (CPM) Candidate & IREM Member.
Charles serves, and has served, on the Board of Directors for The Girl Scouts of the Sierra's, Chairman of the City of Sparks Advisory Committee, Vice Chairman of the Regional Transportation Commission Advisory Committee, and a member of the City of Sparks Brand Leadership Team. Charles also finds time to assist other local non-profit organizations in the area.
When Charles is not helping his clients achieve their goals or giving back to his community, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, family, friends, playing basketball, camping and enjoying the outdoors.
