Jeff was fantastic! He is a "knowledgeable, approachable, and get the job done" type of agent. At this crazy real estate market, he told me about what HOA violation and repair meant to how much I should have put in an offer. He offered his contractor contacts and many many else things he did not have to. We definitely were glad that he was our agent, and now, we have a friend. Two thumbs up!

Where do I begin, I’m so grateful for Charles Wade, who made our home buying process a great experience! My husband and I, being 1st time home buyers didn’t know a whole lot about what this process would be like. Charles was always very honest, knowledgeable and informative during this journey. He always answered our questions and believe me I asked several. We had begun our search for homes already built and we searched and searched for the right home but then decided that the best option for us was to purchase a new build home. Charles was there EVERY step of the way from our very first consultation with the builder until the very end of us signing and getting our keys. If you need to buy a home, look no further! He is a true professional and will go above and beyond for his clients.

It was a long search due to a crazy market, but Charles fulfilled his promises. Always professional, responsive, helpful, honest, and truly looking out for the client's best interest. Charles was recommended to us by a friend who used him previously. We decided to give him a shot. We couldn't be happier, over 4 months in probably one of the most competitive markets in the US, he made every effort to get us into the properties we were interested in, in as little as 15 min. We spent at least three hours every weekend, and often several nights a week talking over what we liked, and didn't. He spent more time with us then was even expected, and has become someone we have relied on, not for just the real estate market, but restaurant, entertainment, insurance, and other financial recommendations from home inspection, home improvement, title, and survey. He took it as a personal mission to get to know us to find a home that was right for us even when our expectations were unrealistic; he grounded us and kept on encouraging us while maintaining our largest considerations in hand, price and location. A tough job, but Charles delivered.

Charles is the best realtor to get results quickly. He makes recommendations that make money. He is highly knowledgeable in his profession and his experience makes him a great strategist for any real estate situation.
