I worked with Charles to buy a 1br in Brooklyn back in 2016 and I highly recommend him.

We bid on two houses. On one bid, the sellers wanted a higher offer. He was very respectful of my decision to keep that bid at its current level, even though it meant that we would probably lose the deal. When the second bid was accepted, he had top-notch recommendations for real estate lawyers and engineers. He also maintained a quick turnaround time for all of the communications that occurred during the remainder of the process.
