We couldn't have asked for a better home buying experience. As first time buyers the process was completely unknown to my husband and I. Charley really took the extra time to educate us and walk us through every step. She was committed to helping us find our dream home, not just making a sale, and she was diligent in making sure that we were pre-qualified so that she did not waste our time showing us properties out of our reach. With her outstanding guidance we felt comfortable during the entire process. We were also quite happy with the lender and home inspector she recommended. Once we found our dream home, the rest was a breeze. We got everything we wanted in a home and could not ask for more. We are now happy home-owners since March 2013. I would highly recommend Charley to anyone, but especially to those like we were, simply uneducated about home-buying. I had been in my home for 37 years. The sales experience is much different than I remembered. Charley was the most helpful and experienced person that could have helped me go through the process.
