About Charlie

Born and raised in Pensacola, FL, Charlie graduated from Catholic High in 1968 and attended Pensacola Junior College. He has been in the "Making People Happy Business" for most of his adult life. Charlie was a Builder, Developer, and Real Estate Broker from the late 70s – 1987 in Pensacola. He was President of the Home Builders Association in 1986, having served on its Board of Directors for 8 + previous years. Charlie moved to Huntington Beach California in 1987-1992 working in Management in large automobile dealerships.

In 1992, he was recruited to move to New Orleans as City Manager / Senior Vice President of a large home building operation and resumed his career in Real Estate, Building, and Land Development. Realizing that market professional and innovative target marketing is the key to sales, Charlie started a Marketing company called Scientific Marketing in 1995, a company that he still owns.
