ABOUT ME

I’m Charlotte Gaston - a lifelong Alaskan with a passion for assisting others achieve their
dreams of home ownership. I’ve been completely obsessed with real estate since I can
remember. I enjoy the challenge of an ever-changing work environment as well as uncovering
what my clients want and need in order to find each the perfect home. I enjoy every aspect -
from screening and viewing properties to building rapport with new clients. It’s exhilarating.
With the exception of attending college out of state, I’ve lived in Alaska all my life. I graduated
from Arizona State University, W.P. Carey School of Business, majoring in Business Law, with a
minor in Real Estate, and have been working in the real estate field since 2007. After
completing my degree, I moved back to Anchorage to pursue my passion in my hometown, and
I can’t imagine being anywhere else.
I currently live in West Anchorage; in a home I’ve recently given new life to. Using my free time
and experience in real estate, I renovated a home that hadn’t received any TLC in years. I love
rustic modern design as well as craftsman styles, however, I have come to appreciate any and
all design types.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me looking for treasures at garage sales or Home Depot,
watching my niece & nephews ever-growing athletic endeavors, or decorating my home. I also
volunteer my time working with the Foss Family Foundation, an organization dedicated to giving
back to the Alaska community.
Living in West Anchorage, I get to fall asleep to the lights of our airport, and wake up to the
singing of loons during the summer. My favorite thing about living in Alaska is the fishing, our
breathtaking scenery, and the Alaskan spirit each and every one of my fellow Alaskans embodies.

Most of my days are spent working with clients, staging and viewing homes, reading over home
inspection reports, negotiating contracts, putting a SOLD sign on a lawn and passing keys over
to ecstatic new home owners.
I am a real estate agent because I love looking at houses! I enjoy helping people. I can see the
potential of the bones of a house and I like to help others see it as well. I enjoy seeing people
envision their entire future in a home that they like. It really is a beautiful thing.
I have been blessed to have grown up in Anchorage, one of my favorite cities in the world. This
is the place I’m proud to call home. It’s your city too, own it!
