I seriously cannot say enough amazing things about Chase! This was my first time buying a house so on top of learning everything about the process, we had pretty drastic market + rate changes, a few interesting offer situations, multiple interrupted vacations on his end (sorry Chase!) and ups and downs in my personal life. Somehow Chase not only stayed sane through it all, but he was always patient and encouraging. He's fantastic at explaining each step and making sure everyone feels comfortable with what's happening; his communication is timely and thorough, and he's somehow always in a good mood! He's also amazing at the delicate balance between getting you the best deal while also making sure you're playing the market intelligently. He works hard and fights to make sure his buyer is stoked and won't settle for fine. I can't imagine buying a house without him and while I very much am looking forward to enjoying my new home for a bit, I know he'll be my go-to when it's time to start looking again. Can't recommend Chase enough!

As an owner of a mortgage company I have worked with countless Realtors. Chase stands out for a few reasons. He is always quick to respond and in a good mood which isn't as common as one would expect. He always has his clients best interest in mind so he's not pushy until he needs to be and that's when it's time to negotiate. If you want a Realtor that you can trust, is fun to work with and will go to work for you, Chase if your guy!

Chase was phenomenal to work with on the sale of our first home. He kept our nerves at ease, he was communicative when we needed him and was flexible with our schedule. He kept us informed and there was never any question of what was happening leading up to us going under contract. He was willing to negotiate with potential buyers agents and truly made the process as seamless as possible. I will be recommending him to all of my family and friends. We cannot wait to find our new home with Chase at West & Main!

Chase was a pleasure to work with all the way to the end of the deal from his extensive knowldge in the real estate market, negoations with the buyer and just making everything happen seamlessly.
