Chase Hoover

Chase is a Commercial Real Estate Broker and third-generation real estate developer based in Augusta County, Virginia. He is best known for his innovative vision for value creation through property re-development and his commitment for modern solutions in the ever-changing marketplace.
Chase's ability has been particularly evident in the re-development of several boutique hospitality properties in Virginia and Florida, generating excellent returns for investors and uplifting entire communities.
One of Chase's latest concentrations is the development of flex buildings tailored to the needs of modern small businesses. His deep understanding of market trends and ability to align them with the needs of his clients have made him a trusted advisor in the commercial real estate arena.
Chase is a graduate of Virginia Tech with a degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management. Prior to entering the real estate field full-time, he and his brother owned a multi-locations barbecue restaurant and catering business.
Outside of his professional pursuits, Chase treasures spending time with his growing family, listening to bluegrass and reggae music, and quality "thinking time" on the tractor brainstorming new ideas.
Chase serves on the board of Holistic Haitian Alliance, a non-profit Christian organization providing complete care for the children of Kay Anj d'Ayiti (Angel House of Haiti) in northern Haiti, and is an active member in various organizations throughout Augusta County.
