Originally from Georgetown, Guyana, Chauncey lived in Brooklyn, New York for 17 years; before re-locating to Florida in 2003.

Chauncey graduated with a bachelor’s degree from John Jay College of Criminal Justice. She worked as a paralegal in Brooklyn, New York before entering the Hospitality Industry.

Chauncey has always loved helping people, acquiring over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, working for hotels, restaurants, as well as Walt Disney World. Chauncey is a quick learner, creative and extremely motivated using those qualities to always provide superior customer service; allowing her to excel in her performance.
