Chayan Velez

As a married couple Chayan and Yarelis Velez work together to educate and prepare clients to have a successful real estate experience. Together they offer customers their collective knowledge in both the home buying and selling process. They have experience dealing with complex projects such as new construction homes, rehabs and investment properties. In addition to their experience as agents they are the owners of Living Life Properties and both own and manage several residential units in the Worcester area. They are the proud parents of three beautiful daughters and enjoy more than anything else spending time as a family.
