Chelsey Pedersen earned a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from the University of Virginia and taught pre-calculus in a Texas high school before relocating to the Emerald Coast, where she has grown her vacation rental business. In 2022, she joined her mom and stepdad, Gayle Adams and Richard Jabbour, in the Jabbour Luxury Group at Scenic Sotheby's International Realty, where she is expanded her business into real estate. She has long been interested in the building, remodeling and investing aspects of the real estate industry, making a career as a global real estate advisor a logical progression. Still actively involved in vacation rentals, she has a keen eye for investment properties and rental potential. Chelsey has a strong affinity for Rosemary Beach and bayside properties north of 98, but she also enjoys assisting clients with more 'out of the box' needs, helping to source equestrian estates and larger parcels of land for farms or privacy. Chelsey describes herself as a relational person, being purposeful and personal with everyone she encounters. Her education in engineering and background in teaching has molded her into a problem solver, a great listener and a practical advisor. After spending a significant amount of time over the past 20 years getting to know the Emerald Coast, she appreciates the unique attributes of our communities from Choctawhatchee Bay to nature trails to the spectacular coastal dune lakes. In her free time, Chelsey and her husband, Mike, enjoy spending time with their three children, Carson, Clayton and Ellie, and their pup, Lily. Actively involved in their church, she enjoys volunteering, spending time with her horses, enjoying time on the water and gardening.
