If you are in the market to sell your house, then Carl and Cheri Knottnerus are the agents you want to use! I called Carl when a friend referred me, and spoke to him about selling my house in the acreage. I knew the market was not optimal, but he and his wife, Cheri, came the very next day to speak to me. They were very personable and complimentary. They said they thought my house would sell within two weeks. I was shocked! I assumed I would not obtain the value I was looking for. This was on a Saturday. On Sunday, I asked if they would come back and take pictures to put on the LMS and their web site. They were there promptly there the next day. While Cheri and I were talking, Carl was busy taking hundreds of pictures from every angle and every view that showcased my home. On Tuesday, Carl said he was placing the pictures on the LMS. Within a few hours, they informed me someone wanted me to show the house. I showed the house on Tuesday afternoon. The next day, Wednesday, I received another call for a showing. We showed the house and within an hour had a firm offer above asking price! I really was not prepared to move that quickly, but Cheri assured me they would help me find another place that suited me. Cheri took me on as her “project”. She was relentless and tireless in helping me search for a new place. We, literally, looked at every house, condo and townhouse from North Palm to Boynton Beach for four weeks. Every day, Cheri was willing to take me out and look at anything and everything within my price range. We searched everyday, looking at four, five or six properties. Whenever I called, asking to take me out, she was more than willing, come rain or shine. She would give me her input and advice, and I willingly accepted and appreciated her professional opinion. After four weeks, and countless hours of searching, she found me the perfect condo. She would not give up until I found my “home”. Carl and Cheri Knottnerus are awesome real estate agents as well as caring, compassionate and dedicated professionals.

We purchased our first home from Carl and Cheri and had a very positive experience. When we decided to sell our home our first call was to Carl. We had a buyer fairly quickly but hours before closing the buyer backed out. We were devastated as we had moved out of state. Carl and Cheri quickly sold our home again, mowed our lawn and kept in touch every step of the way. Not only will you get the best real estate agents you will gain friends. My husband and I had been searching for a house with another realtor for months. We were getting nowhere in finding the right house for us.
