Searching for a home out of state can be very difficult but the extra time and effort you spent working with us to ensure we found a wonderful home ensured a smooth transition during our relocation from Alaska to Louisiana. When I initially spoke with you in June from Alaska your enthusiasm and knowledge of the area made it evident we had chosen the right realtor. Your continuous efforts to provide us potential property information that met our search criteria prior to arriving in October enabled us to gain an in-depth understanding of the area housing market. Upon our arrival to the area your availability and promptness in responses to my numerous inquiries and questions were a constant demonstration of your professionalism. After our home selection your ceaseless efforts, industry knowledge and established working relationships with area providers coordinating inspections, contracts, loans, etc. enabled us to close in less than 30 days. This was very much appreciated since we were living in a camper with 2 dogs and very excited to get in our new home in the minimal amount of time. Cheryl is very helpful and willing to work last minute. Cheryl showed my fiancé and I several homes. She continued to send emails of other possible homes. When I found one on my own late at night, I emailed her. The next afternoon (on a Saturday) I called her and she knew the home and asked if I would like to see it in the next hour. She called the listed agent and had us in the home two hours later. She is very helpful but not overly pushy for us to come up with a decision then.
