At my first session with Cheryl, I found that she possessed a cheerful and upbeat personality. She thoroughly explained the process involved to sell my home, answered any questions, and exhibited patience, even though I told her I was not certain if or when I would sell my property. Knowing I was uncertain about selling she made herself available by phone and in person. Never did I have the impression that she was pushing me toward a decision. When I decided to sell, she immediately took steps to make my decision a pleasant one. She explained what to do to make my home appealing to prospective buyers. Cheryl made the arrangements to have my home photographed and placed on the internet for all those seeking a home to see. All necessary steps were taken within one week and my home sold in three days after being viewed on the internet.

With patience and an upbeat attitude Cheryl kept me updated on the progress of the sale and the processes required to make the sale happen. She would always reply to questions within hours.

Because of the current virus, some complications occurred. I became concerned but Cheryl quickly assured me she was involved with all necessary personnel and shortly thereafter the problems were solved.

My home is now sold but Cheryl continues to remain in contact should I require her expertise and service. Be assured that after your home is sold or purchased, she will continue to be there for you.

Cheryl made a very tricky move possible. We blended families, so there were a lot of special requests and multiple properties to consider in the timelines for closing. In addition, half of our new family was moving to Lancaster county from an hour and a half away...but Cheryl made herself available every step of the way and accomodated our crazy schedules and made us feel confident that no matter what twist and turn our journey took she was competent and capable to of navigating each step by our side and that there was no expert that she did not have a quality connection with as a variety of unique needs arose!
