04/15/2016 - Sold a Single Family home in 2016 for approximately $300K in Anthem, AZ. We had Cheryl sell my mother-in-laws home located in Anthem around the beginning of 2016. She did a fantastic job .She answered any questions we had in detail, she helped with finding contractors for a couple of repairs that were needed, and kept us informed of the selling process and updating us as needed. While I did not purchase the home at that time, her professionalism and knowledge of the market led me to contact her recently to move forward with a new house. Cheryl takes the time to really understand what her clients are looking for in a home. We were out of state and Cheryl worked with the seller, coordinated inspections and followed through to insure everything was complete. AMAZING doesn't even come close to the level of professionalism and knowledge that Cheryl Halvorson has provided our family.
