Cheryl Hickok

Cheryl Hickok was born in Norfolk, Virginia. She spent her life traveling throughout the United States and all the way to Italy before settling in Virginia Beach, Virginia. In her younger years she played football, soccer, softball, and was a green belt in kickboxing. At only 5'2" Cheryl may be little but she packs a punch as Joe and Dotty have stated.

Along with being tough she is also able to be sensitive towards causes she believes in. She is a Co-founding member and currently the President of The Salvation Army's Women Auxiliary (SAWA). She has volunteered for The Salvation Army for more than 18 years and has created and been involved in many areas of the organization. Cheryl believes in giving back to the community and provide help for others less fortunate.

Cheryl found herself at a time in life where she wanted to sell something that was more fulfilling and be a part of finding dream homes for others and that is what led her to real estate. Getting her license 11 years ago was just the beginning. She came to Rose & Womble in 2005 and her career really began to take off. Rose & Womble is the #1 real estate company in Hampton Roads and the Lynnhaven office is #1 in the company. She is currently serving on the Rose & Womble Foundation board. In 2014 she received an award for Top Listing Agent and a Circle of Excellence Award from The Hampton Roads Realtor Association.

Cheryl is a member of a business networking organization called BNI International. She attends meetings every week with at least 45-50 members. There she networks her business, markets her homes she has listed, and receives potential buyers for your home.
