She led its formation as a 501(c)(6) business league and currently serves as Treasurer, working closely with seniors, adult children, and elder care professionals to ensure a seamless process marked by clarity, respect, and long-term peace of mind.

Her professional credentials include the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist™ designation with Guild recognition from the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing™, as well as seven additional real estate certifications. Earlier in her career, Cheryl built a successful consulting business with clients including Walt Disney World and Colonial Williamsburg, and held roles in banking and intelligence—including with the CIA—which sharpened her strategic mindset and ability to navigate complex, high-stakes transactions with confidence and grace.
