I would absolutely recommend Cheryl Pavett to anyone looking for a home in Central Florida. Cheryl helped our family make a long distance move. We were relocating our family of four, which included an infant and a cat, from over 1800 miles away. We had tried to contact other agents, but we had a problem finding someone who followed through. After flying down to Florida and failing to find anything even remotely promising, we were getting discouraged. Then, we came across Cheryl Pavett. She listens to all of your search criteria, she is mindful of each family member's needs and she makes great suggestions. She gave us helpful local information, that we wouldn't have known to inquire about. She understood our likes and dislikes very quickly, and once she took the reigns of our search, everything fell into place. She found us a home with the right amount of bedrooms and bathrooms, in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood, with a pool (a must for us), well within our budget. Cheryl went above and beyond what anyone would expect from their real estate agent, and she kept up a steady stream of communication, so we always knew what was going on. She met and exceeded every one of our expectations.
