Cheryl Rau

I was born and raised in the Hollywood Riviera section of Torrance, California. I obtained a degree in Civil Engineering and worked as an Engineer and Project manager for a number of years at Bechtel Power and then at Hughes Aircraft Co. After staying home for a bit to raise kids, I went back to work in Real Estate in 2004. In the beginning, I worked with an experienced agent who quickly became my business partner. Together we had excellent success selling properties in all of the South Bay cities from Santa Monica to Long Beach, plus a couple of outliers in San Diego and Temecula. My business partner retired in 2020 so I now work on my own. As my company is located on the Palos Verdes peninsula, I specialize in The Hill (Palos Verdes, Palos Verdes Estates, Rolling Hills), Redondo Beach, Torrance and San Pedro. I have sold properties for al low as $120K and properties as high as $5.2 mil. Through the years, I have done a number of trust sales, corporate transfers, leases... Even sold 2 mobile homes. I have always been quite involved in my community and truly enjoy and appreciate the South Bay. This is a great place to sell real estate!
