I have been in Real Estate for several years thru investing in rehabs, long term rentals, and short term rentals. My experience as an investor has taught me a lot of do's and don'ts in this business. My first career was in engineering, so needless to say, running numbers and evaluating deals is something of a passion of mine. I have developed a large network of investors and realtors over the years. I enjoy having fun while doing what I love; you will definitely experience this environment while working with me. I will be concentrating my real estate efforts on selling Residential Real Estate, Foreclosure Properties, and other investment related properties.
