Cheryl Walton

Cheryl takes a genuine interest in people and has an innate ability to diffuse stress which will make working with her a pleasure when buying or selling a home.

As a long-term resident of the Capital Region, Cheryl has a background in banking, mortgages, sales, and property management. People will find her skillful in negotiations, consistent in communication, tenacious yet gracious, trustworthy, and hardworking with a willingness to go the extra mile to achieve their real estate goals. Cheryl has also earned her Certified New Home Sales Professional (CSP) designation after completing the educational requirements and demonstrating excellence in new home sales. In addition, Cheryl has also been awarded the Military Relocation Professional Certification (MRP) by the National Association of REALTORS®. This is for agents who help military personnel, veterans and their families find housing that lets them make the best use of their benefits and serves the unique needs of military life.

When not working full time as a real estate agent, Cheryl enjoys time with family and friends, the Adirondacks, and travel.
