Wow! Cheryl made buying a house such a breeze! I was a 2nd time homebuyer, but 1st time new construcrtion… and have heard horror stories from friends and family about terrible agents. Cheryl was professional. She never made and my husband feel uncomfortable, and helped us every step of the way! We toured several award winning models as well as a local market place in the surrounding community. I did the party bus tour with Cheryl on 7/17 and it was such a phenomenal idea. She was timely, provided drinks and delicious food (breakfast and dinner) prepared by a caterer, and was a great host. This is a great way to tours homes, especially in a large city. She not only took us around Orlando, and the surrounding areas, to show us the up-and-coming neighborhoods, but she explained, in great detail, why people are flocking to these areas. It really made me consider areas I was once staunchly opposed to considering. This has certainly changed house hunting for me.

The tour was not only fun but extremely insightful as we made several stops to different homes and areas within the Greater Orlando area. Cheryl my Realtor was incredible!! It didn’t matter time of day or night she followed up on every phone call , text message and email with me. She is incredibly knowledgeable, personable and professional !! She went above and beyond the call of duty many times. First, all I can say is that it’s very difficult to explain how seamless this process for my life. When God places the right home, lender and realtor in your life NOTHING can go wrong. If I could use any word to describe this home buying process, the only one that comes to mind is literally; supernatural! God used Cheryl Zackery through his grace and abundant blessings to get us into our home. My wife and I have ALOT of student loan debt! Cheryl was able to navigate/advocate for us so that it wouldn't/didn't hinder us from fulfilling our dream come true. They say opposite attracts…. Future Homeowners! I have to tell you...Cheryl is the absolute BEST! I contacted Cheryl a month or so before deciding to move and she was able to share some steps I should take in preparation and advise me on how the market currently looked and what projections were ahead. Once I decided, she took the realm and made the process exceptionally smooth from beginning to end, leaving no stone un-turned!

Cheryl guided me through the new nuances of homeownership (as I previously owned my home for about 20 years) and financing...considering how things change in 20 years, it was helpful to have her expertise and knowledge in both areas. And I have to tell you, Cheryl's level of knowledge and care extended beyond me; she was able to share information about programs to offer new buyers closing costs for free (that wasn't shared by their realtor). Like seriously, she helps everyone she encounters!

Cheryl connected me to my lender, who, I must say, was just as knowledgeable and pleasant to work with as Cheryl. It is clear she knows a wealth of professional people who know how to get the job done efficiently, but more importantly, professionally; I trusted them the whole way through.

In closing on my home of 20 years, Cheryl hired the right people to capture it's beauty and presented it on several platforms. Within two days, I had multiple offers to consider (one of which we closed on).

In purchasing my new home, Cheryl considered all of my needs and interests in defining the areas we would visit. After walking into my new home and knowing it was, "the one," Cheryl was quick to act and put in an offer. She maintained great communication with me and the seller's agent and before I knew it, I was in my new home without a glitch.

Cheryl is the type of individual who does not leave out details and seals the deal with personalized gestures that assure you that she cares about your full transition from old to new. She was thoughtful in her selection of a keepsake that captured the memories of the old and in providing something to that ensured you'd make memories in the new.

I have not and will not hesitate to share my experience in working with Cheryl. I highly recommend her services as she will go above and beyond to help you make your homeowner dreams a reality.

Words cannot express how grateful I am to have a Realtor like Cheryl Zackery. We have a relationship so I already respected and trusted her judgement. However, as my Realtor, she showed me another side to her. Cheryl's dedication to me allowed me to be essentially stress-free during this process. I am told that is a rare occasion. Everything was so quick and smooth. Cheryl found resources to assistant with my down payment, she stayed up ALL hours of the night looking for properties and contacting listing agents, she answered ALL of my questions in a timely manner, reviewed ALL of my documents before I signed them, attended my closing, and gave me a beautiful congratulations basket! I knew I wanted a home but I wasn't sure if I was ready. Cheryl was not pushy nor did she send1,000 emails with updates and questions. She also did not overwhelm me at the beginning. However, once I became serious about my decision, she asked questions that really got me to think about what was important to me in a house, what was negotiable, and what were the absolute deal breakers. Who knew I could make decisions so quickly about a major purchase?! Cheryl's approach with me would be labeled as "lovingly realistic". She helped me to stay true to what I really wanted and block out the ideas of what I thought I should have. There were times when she slipped into mother-figure mode and I greatly appreciated that since I lost my mother. I believe everything was a divine appointment and the way this process unfolded made both of us grow in our faith. We inspired each other! Although my home buying process was quick, I did not feel rushed or like I settled. I actually ended up in a location where a lot of people think is impossible, especially for a single woman. I owe all of this to God and Cheryl. She is the epitome of hard work, dedication, loyalty, professionalism, by any means necessary, faith, and love. I will be forever grateful. Cheryl is an amazing realtor!! My husband and I attended her first time home buyer workshop and knew immediately she was the realtor we wanted to work with to buy our first home. We had a few hiccups with buying a house as the country was shutting down due to COVID-19, but Cheryl was with us every step of the way. Absolutely PHENOMENAL realtor! Thanks to Cheryl, we just closed on our very first home. I started looking for a realtor a year ago (even though I knew we weren't looking to buy for a year) and I was talking to about 4 different realtors, but Cheryl was the one who EASILY stood out from the rest! She was so patient (NEVER pushy or bothersome!), quick to respond any time we contacted her, was thorough and knowledgeable with all her correspondence, and truly treated us like family. She even started referring to us as her "kids". She is such a genuine, FUN, realtor! Our whole process (from pre-qualifying to close) only took 3.5 weeks! I have heard horror story after horror story about the process of moving into a house, but this was such an easy process and it is all due to Cheryl being quick, well-informed, and organized! But once we started working with Cheryl, she made the process much easier to understand.
