Friendly/nice, uber-organized agent, focused on getting you: "across the finish line"

I found Cheryl to be an excellent, pro-active communicator. The checklist with photo examples of before-and-after for getting our home ready for market/showing was extremely helpful and really a reminder of things she talked with us about during her initial walk-thru.

Her knowledge of the local (our specific town) market when she first arrived at our home was spot-on - not withstanding a few particulars about our home: fairly recent new Furnace and new A/C units within the last few years - and was within a few thousands of what the sales price ended up at.

Further, her contractor contacts for a semi-major item we needed to address on the Home Inspection list proved to be invaluable both from a cost-savings and time-frame standpoint.

And thru the entire process a superb communicator, and early on, a 'cheerleader' and 'mom' in encouraging and motivating us to 'get-busy' in getting our home and property ready. Just very pleased with her overall work and efforts on our behalf and her ability to make a stressful time as easy and stress-free as possible.

Cheryle located our Oregon City home for us in 2001. We chose her to list our house when we decided to move to the coast in 2020. Our home sold quickly and above asking price. Cheryle was with us through each step of the process with expert advice. Cheryle also helped us locate an outstanding agent for our needs on the Long Beach peninsula. Cheryle was hands down the MOST...
Cheryle was hands down the most thorough, attentive, timely, considerate, well-knowledged and positive asset through our 10 month home buying journey. We came across many road blocks with multiple houses and Cheryle diligently and patiently walked us through each step of the process to get us into our home. She left nothing for us to question while explaining every detail along the way. She was absolutely great to work with!
