Our house went under contract in 2 days - everything went smoothly and the communication, advice, and marketing were outstanding. Chip recently helped us purchase a home. I'm a detail oriented person and not always easy to please. I found Chip to be very knowledgable, cooperative, helpful and patient.
Considering these attributes, I believe he must be very appreciated by the agency he represents. These characteristics are sometimes unseen in these uncertain political and social times. I find it counterintuitive to expect them. However, he navigated our buying process with integrity. I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking help in the sale or purchase of real estate. We will continue to call on him in the future.
