Chip Jetton

Chip was born and raised in Charlotte, NC. Having lived here his whole life (except for a fantastic 4-year stint in Boone, NC, at Appalachian State University), he has seen this city change in amazing ways. He is proud to call Charlotte home and love promoting the great neighborhoods in and around the city.

After college Chip worked on the investment bank side at Bank of America, in their Real Estate, Gaming and Lodging Loan Syndications group. This experience combined with his local area knowledge gives me a unique skill set when it comes to assisting his clients to buy and sell.

With unwavering support, he offers my clients a more analytical look at valuing a property along with additional knowledge on our growing neighborhoods and Queen City. His passion for working within the real estate industry is shown through the availability he offers his clients around the clock.

When he is not working, he finds himself enjoying time with his wife and three kids (2 girls and a boy) and when he has some free time he enjoys running, swimming, golf, snowboarding and travel. Once the fall air arrives, he loves cheering on his Mountaineers. Chip is an active member of Myers Park United Methodist Church, various groups supporting Appalachian State University and F3 (“Muggsy”).
