Chris Beadling

As the company VP and Broker of Record, Chris spends much of his time looking after the needs of his agents and the residential and commercial clients he serves. He has a unique real estate practice and serves as this year's President of the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors.

Chris started consulting for small brokerages after completing his MBA with a marketing/eCommerce concentration. During that time, he also received his license to practice real estate in PA (and later in NJ) and started working with some of the luxury clients the brokerage had in its portfolio. Among his transaction participants, he includes the CEO of a major global insurance company, critical players in both political parties in their region, and the CEO, CFO, and CIO for a regional news conglomerate.

Along the way, he served as the VP of a nationally branded real estate company and taught at conferences nationwide. Chris started a company in 2015 focused on real estate financial technology, which, in 2018, he sold and became a minority partner. At that time, he took a year to graduate from the National Association of Realtors' Leadership Academy. Now, he is focused on supporting the brokerage, assisting key clients, and strengthening the industry through his work with the Realtor brand.
