Chris Burlos Realtor Endorsement Profile Remax Executive Realty 704-621-6922 In early August, 2012, I listed my house with a top rookie realtor with a prominent real estate agency in Charlotte, NC. This realtor had the listing for several weeks. We were not getting many showings, one or two a week. Since I was anxious to sell my property and move to Monroe near my daughter and her family, I decided to change realtors and to transfer my listing to Chris Burlos, whom I had known. He was a top realtor with Remax Executive Realty. I listed with Chris on September 12, 2012. Chris Burlos took charge of the listing. He prepared a nice brochure of my property. He took colored pictures of the house and yard, photos of each room in the house showing the layout and size of each room. All this data and photos were entered into the Charlotte Multiple Listing Service for all the member realtors in Charlotte and other areas to review. Our house on Creola Road off Providence Road and corner of Fairview and Sardis was built in 1951. I updated the house some such as put up custom verticle blinds on all the windows; installed a new kitchen floor and a new 3.5 ton gas furnance and air conditioning system. Chris Burlos did an excellent job negotiating and finding investors to make me a suitable cash offer and buy my house as is. Chris emphasized to the buyers the land with the house had been assessed twice as much value than the house because the property was located in a prime subdivision near SouthPark. The investor/buyer eventually had the house torn down and now in the process of building a new, much larger house on the market. Chris Burlos had the house on the market and sold it in 58 days. My wife, Frances, passed away on March 15, 2012, after 60 years of marriage. I was still grieving about her passing. I was quite relieved to get the house sold when this market period was difficult to sell a house. I needed to pay off some pressing liabilities and lose on my new house in Monroe. I was very grateful to Chris for sticking with me and working out a suitable sale price offer on the house. I would not hestiate to recommend wholeheartedly for any seller or buyer of real estate to work with Chris Burlos, realtor with Remax Realty.
