Working for over a decade in public safety at the Riverside City Police & Fire Department Communications' Bureau — I was able to cultivate and develop a set of highly advanced multi-tasking and negotiation skills that truly made a difference in life & death situations. I use these same specially honed skills to navigate our real estate transactions and use a “proactive” approach to problem solving that enables me to anticipate many situations and develop effective solutions before they even surface.
