Raised here in Charleston, Chris knows that there truly is nothing finer than being right here in South Carolina. After obtaining his Real Estate License in 2003, Chris worked his way to achieving his goal of getting a Broker’s License in 2009, allowing him the opportunity to manage a real estate office.

Real estate has always been a passion for Chris. He loves helping people achieve dreams and make life-changing decisions in the smoothest manner possible. As for Chris, his story is quite an interesting one. He started out doing odds and ends for a national building company and worked his way up to obtaining both his Builders License and his Real Estate Broker’s License. He has built homes either by himself or with partners and has worked with several small builders helping them grow their businesses tremendously. He has the uniqueness of being able to understand both the building and selling side of the industry.
