About Chris

The corporate life just wasn’t right for Chris Ferris. After gaining his business degree from Rockhurst University in 2008, the young business major headed for Sprint and a desk job. But that turned out to not be his true calling.

In 2009, Chris jumped to real estate and hasn’t looked back, joining the Bill McCoy Real Estate team in 2016 at Keller Williams. A 2003 Blue Springs High School graduate, Chris says he enjoys the pace and progression of the real estate business, digging into all the processes that go into building new homes.

Chris works to market primarily the Woodland Trails subdivision in Greenwood; he is also active in resale outside of that subdivision. Residents of Eagle Creek in Lee’s Summit, all three of Chris and Cassi’s children attend Hawthorn Hill Elementary. When he’s not closing deals, Chris says date night occasionally takes he and Cassi to Pearl Tavern or Third St. Social in downtown Lee’s Summit.
